2. Refunds

5. Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item unless the item is defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund if it was provided for free.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at contact@notoriouswheels.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please include photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.
7. Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we may not be able to cancel the order as it may already be processed or shipped. Please contact us at contact@notoriouswheels.com immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
